When we designed this mattress we really wanted to make a difference! Our mission was simple, make the most Eco-Friendly mattress we could that everyone could afford. We can happily say Mission Accomplished! You will enjoy a great night sleep all while knowing you did your part.
Foamco Canada was founded by two industry veterans – brothers CJ & MJ Shah – more than 30 years ago. In 1987, they started cutting foam in a small facility at 801 Flint Rd.
Today, the business is housed in a 65,000 sq ft building in Vaughan. The company uses fully automated machinery and special manufacturing software developed by Microsoft to cut foam and fibre at rapid speeds.
Since we are a Manufacturer, we are able to focus on bringing brands and products to our dealers which allow them to provide cutting edge sleeping products to their customers.
We view every step of the process and every decision we make from the viewpoint of the dealer.
